What is Word Game Wizard?

Word Game Wizard is a collection of free, fast tools built for Scrabble players, Wordle fans, Boggle enthusiasts, and anyone who has ever stared at a rack of tiles wondering if QUIXOTIC is actually a valid play. (It is. 28 points. You're welcome.)

Every tool on this site is designed to do one thing well. No accounts, no sign-ups, no nonsense — just the answer you need, fast.

The Tools

The Scrabble suite covers the full range of in-game problems: the Tile Word Finder finds every valid word from your rack, the Word Checker settles arguments at the table, and the Word Scorer calculates your base point value tile by tile. Dig deeper with the Hook Finder, Anagram Solver, Blank Tile Optimizer, and Bingo Checker — everything you need to find that perfect play.

All tools check against both the TWL (Tournament Word List, used in North American play) and SOWPODS (Collins Scrabble Words, used internationally), so you always know exactly where a word stands.

The Dictionary

Word definitions are sourced from Webster's 1913 Unabridged Dictionary — one of the most comprehensive public domain English dictionaries ever compiled. It covers the vast majority of tournament-valid Scrabble words with real, readable definitions rather than dry database entries. Where a definition isn't available, the tool says so honestly rather than making something up.
